Bratt pans are large cooking receptacles designed for producing large-scale meals. They are typically used for braising, searing, shallow frying and general cooking.
The HRC Show in March will give chefs access to these new high quality, multi-functioning devices for the first time. JIPA’s unique JUMP range boasts fully automatic or manual modes, colour touch screen technology, the ability to save your own cooking programmes, accurate temperature control from 30-250°C and a host of other features.
Trevor Burke, managing director of Exclusive Ranges, said: “This is a very exciting partnership for us as it adds to the high quality range of professional equipment we can offer our customers as part of a total solution.
“The JIPA International range in particular has many benefits that align with other brands in our portfolio that have energy efficiency and accuracy of control high on their agendas thanks to their unique technology and, unlike many manufacturers in Europe at the moment, JIPA International is able to guarantee order fulfilment without delays to their supply chain.”
Exclusive Ranges will be holding a limited number of cooking demonstrations, given by Hayden Groves, to showcase the versatility of the JUMP range. Exclusive Ranges can be found on stand P249 at the HRC Show.
