Abstract
Seasoned – an outdoor catering provider part of the food, venue and event solutions company, Crown Partnership – has provided the food for a wedding televised on ITV programme, This Morning.
The 55 guests, including show hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, were treated to a luxury eight-bite cold canapé menu as they watched the couple wed atop the Shard’s 72nd floor viewing platform - the first wedding to be held there - last week.
Unable to afford their own wedding due to financial constraints and the groom’s multiple sclerosis, the matrimony came as the couple won ITV’s ‘This Morning throws a wedding’ competition.
Chosen specifically for the event, this wasn’t the first wedding that Seasoned have catered for, who have a 30-year portfolio and head wedding chef is two-time Michelin-starred chef, Daniel Clifford – also creative director of Seasoned.
