He has played a major role in securing new deals and renewed contracts for the business, including a five-year food services deal with DHL. During his career the likes of former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown and celebrities David and Victoria Beckham have attended banqueting events catered by Eurest.
Peter said: “What an incredible journey this has been. Times flies when you’re in a profession you love. Over the last 30 years I’ve seen some huge changes, including the way that we work with clients.
“The needle has really shifted, clients are now coming to us for top level discussions about how food and FM can support their businesses, and that’s an exciting place to be. As market leaders we’re mindful that we have a key role to play in elevating the sector. Food and FM have enormous potential to transform workplace culture.”
Since 2016, he has been leading Eurest’s sales team. In his day-to-day role, he talks to current and prospective clients about the foodservices Eurest has to offer to keep their workforce healthy and productive.
