In May 2018 Solina, a European producer of savoury ingredients, purchased Essential Cuisine. At the time of the sale Essential Cuisine pledged to retain the values that made the business a success over the years.
2019 began with a brand refresh and new strapline (our passion, your creation). Throughout 2019 the company made greater strides into the public sector and Essential Cuisine also announced the total removal of gluten from its products.
