The five year extension is worth £7.6 million per annum and spans eight different locations across a 15 mile area of Plymouth. This deal will see ESS continue to deliver a wide range of food and support services including; catering, retail, leisure, and hotel services such as, 24 hour portering, laundry, cleaning and refuse management.

"It has demonstrated in comparison with industry sector benchmarks that the service offering from ESS and particularly the team at Drake fully understand and deliver soft services to an exemplary level. The result of the benchmarking further underpins the long term strategic relationship between Interserve and ESS.”
