Abstract
Unilever Foodsolutions is giving Marco Pierre White (MPW) fans the chance to enjoy an evening of “culinary theatre and fine-dining†courtesy of the TV chef – while raising money for the industry charity, Hospitality Action.
The event takes place on 2 November at Unilever Foodsolutions' "state-of-the-art" KNORR kitchen in Leatherhead, Surrey. Guests will be greeted with a champagne reception before getting the chance to witness some Michelin star cooking first hand when MPW puts on a masterclass featuring three dishes. And attendees will also get the chance to put their own kitchen queries to the chef before he joins them for a three-course dinner of seasonal ingredients. Tracey Rogers, managing director, Unilever Foodsolutions, said: "Hospitality Action raises awareness of key issues that can often be forgotten and does a fantastic job to help those in our industry that have fallen on hard times. "Like Unilever Foodsolutions, Marco has supported the charity for many years, so we thought we'd join forces and help to raise as much money as possible. We are delighted to be offering our support for what promises to be a fantastic evening." The evening will finish with guests being presented with a "generous" gift bag which will include a signed copy of the chef's latest book. Tickets are priced at £200 each with all proceeds going to Hospitality Action.
