The results from the anonymous Trust Index Survey measure the employee experience based on the company’s culture and overall working environment.
The survey found that 83% of employees at Unox UK say the company is a great place to work, compared to the average of 54% at a typical UK-based company. Every member of staff surveyed added they were treated fairly, it was a safe place to work and the management trusted them to do a good job.
