Elior UK’s Lauren Stirling honoured in 2025 Women to Watch Index
Abstract
Lauren Stirling, head of human resources and people development at Elior UK, has been recognised in the 2025 Women to Watch Index for hospitality, travel, leisure and retail.

This accolade, curated by WiHTL and The MBS Group, celebrates senior women leaders making ‘significant impact’ across these sectors.

Commenting on the news, Stirling said: “It’s a fantastic honour to be recognised in the 2025 Women to Watch Index alongside so many other talented and innovative women making strides across these sectors. I have always been inspired by the women on this annual Index so, to be included myself is something I don’t take lightly.”

Stirling, who has a wealth of experience in human resources and people development, successfully championed initiatives such as enhanced family-friendly policies and partnerships supporting diverse talent pipelines. She has fostered an inclusive and supportive workplace.

Catherine Roe, chief executive of Elior UK, added: "Lauren's passion and dedication to our people have been transformative. Her inclusion in the Women to Watch Index is a testament to her hard work and the positive impact she has made at Elior UK. Lauren's recognition not only reflects her personal achievements but also underscores Elior UK's commitment to nurturing talent and promoting diversity within the organisation.”
