Elior UK wins three-year catering contract with The Famous Grouse Experience

Catering company Elior UK has won a three-year contract with Scottish-based whisky distillery, The Famous Grouse Experience (Crieff, Perthshire).

Providing an artisanal food and drink offer at its two outlets - the Glenturret Café and fine dining restaurant, 1775 - Elior will operate under The Famous Grouse brand (The Edrington Group) while striving for “exceptional customer service.”

 

Dishes will “showcase fine Scottish produce from a range of local producers,” including seafood from George Campbell & Sons in Perth, breads and oatcakes from Campbell’s Bakery and a selection of Scottish cheeses.

 

Elior business development manager, Cheryl MacLeod: “The Famous Grouse has a proud and illustrious history. We’ve taken great care in creating an offer befitting of its longstanding dedication to quality, with menus that celebrate the finest local produce.”

 

John Laurie, general manager at The Famous Grouse Experience, added: “We want The Famous Grouse Experience to be a world class visitor experience, which makes first class food, drink, and customer service absolutely crucial.
