The contract with Sheldon School includes catering for all five of their outlets including a recently refurbished diner, sixth form café, canteen and two grab and go outlets.
With approximately 1,800 students and 200 members of staff to cater for, Elior will be investing to improve the school’s food offering. The main canteen will see a fresh menu every week of hot meal deals for £2.25, sandwiches and salads. The deli and piazza will serve hot snacks and meal boxes to take away.
In the diner Elior will introduce pasta kitchen, pizza foundry, wrap bamboo and a fresh salad bar. There will also be a makeover in the sixth form common room to create an all-day coffee bar with more grab and go options.
