The £1.1m contract, which begins in September, will see Elior serving around 500 pupils including boarders and staff.
Elior will provide a comprehensive menu every day of the week, including breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch and dinner for boarders, and will also cater for school events.
To improve the existing services, Elior will invest in a new soup station, extended hot service space, condiment unit and clearing station. Elior will also provide students with detailed nutritional information about the dishes on offer.

The catering is really important for the wellbeing and experience of pupils, especially boarders who have three meals a day at school. That’s why our focus is to deliver a wide range of quality dishes throughout the day, and to keep the menu fresh and exciting.”
