The healthyliving award plus, the highest honour at the awards, recognises commercial operators who ensure at least 50% of their menu contains healthier options.
James Nicholson, Elior site director, Scottish Rugby Hospitality, said: “To be one of the few commercial operators to receive a healthyliving award plus is a real honour. We want all our guests at BT Murrayfield to enjoy an experience of the highest caliber - and providing delicious, healthy choice is a big part of that.
“Since winning a healthyliving award a few years ago, the team has continued to raise out already high standards and I’m delighted this work has been recognised.”
The healthyliving award is supported by the Scottish government and NHS Health England.
Elior operates catering contracts across the B&I, health and care home, education, stadia and heritage sectors.
