Abstract
A new look restaurant with a healthy grab & go offering has been opened by caterer Elior at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby.
Refurbishment work started in October when Elior UK took over as part of a 15-year deal with Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust.
Ruth Lomax, sales director at Elior, said: “The new restaurant is a real statement about the quality and breadth of offer Elior has delivered here at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital. Busy schedules can be a barrier to good eating habits, so the new offer is a great way to encourage healthy eating.”
The new restaurant offers freshly prepared sandwiches, salads, fruit and snack pots from Elior’s Essential Grab and Go range.
