Elior will cater for the university’s 12,000 students at seven facilities across three main campuses: St Mary’s Road in Ealing, Paragon House in Brentford and the Berkshire Institute of Health in Reading.
Central refectories at Ealing and Brentford will be refurbished to create destination food courts and seating areas for customers to relax, socialise and work. A range of innovative food offers has been designed to meet culturally diverse tastes and deliver a contemporary high street experience to encourage students to stay on campus and enjoy the new facilities.
Global food concepts on offer include: ChU based on Malysian, Indian, Oriental and North African street food; Japanese inspired soup and noodle offer, UMaMi; and Elior’s exciting new South American concept, Latina Merica, incorporating cuisines from Brazil, Peru, Argentina, Cuba, Colombia and Chile.
