Pabulum operates in over 100 schools within a 125-mile radius of its office, with a turnover of £28.5m and employing over 800 people.

Pabulum’s portfolio of schools includes primary and secondary schools comprising of single sites, multi academy trusts and federations.
Nelson Williams, managing director of Pabulum, will continue to manage the business. He added: “My team and I are absolutely thrilled to be merging with CH&CO, we have very similar values and I know they will be hugely supportive in growing both our Pabulum brand and the wonderful people that work for us.”
