A tribute to Sellers’ Nottinghamshire upbringing, ‘Merry Men’ saw the chef prepare a four-course meal inspired by his “passion for history and storytelling” for 100 guests each night.
With a portion of proceeds donated to Hospitality Action, Eau de Vie marketing manager, Adam Lenton, commented: “The ‘Merry Men’ pop-up is a great initiative, and one that Eau de Vie is pleased to support in aid of Hospitality Action, which does tremendous work in supporting individuals experiencing hardship across the out of home markets.
“Tom was keen to secure a sustainable water partner – in the wake of increasing consumer demand for the hospitality industry to reduce its use of single plastic water bottles.”
As well as music, entertainment and an 'Enchanted Forest' bar open each night, fellow chef Jason Atherton joined Sellers as guest chef last Wednesday (18 April).
