Abstract
Arena has announced that Dr Andrew Kemp MBE has joined the Savoy Lecture 2020 line-up as a keynote speaker.
Kemp is ‘one of the most well-known, well-respected leaders’ in the foodservice and hospitality industry. He is currently the group sales & marketing director of Bidfood and long-standing vice chairman of Arena.
The Savoy Lecture will take place on 9 March 2020 from 5.30pm to 10.00pm. The event will give attendees the opportunity to learn about Kemp’s 40 years industry experience that has shaped his career.
The Arena Savoy Lecture is well attended by senior and influential leaders from across the industry. In addition the event will provide an opportunity to network with industry colleagues.
Some of Kemp’s achievement include:
- Awarded an MBE in June 2019 in recognition of his outstanding services to the foodservice and hospitality industry.
- Named one of Public Sector Catering’s Top 20 most influential people in 2018 and 2019.
- LACA Chairman award 2019 – services to hospitality and foodservice.
- Works closely with the Michael Caines’ Academy (Exeter College) in the support.
