Construction work for the project, which has a 25-year lease, is set to start this autumn, subject to planning consent.
It is the largest letting in SEGRO’s Greater London portfolio in the last decade, according to SHD Logistics.
Gottfried Neumeister, CEO at Do & Co, said: “This new facility is integral to the future growth our business in the UK, not only providing the UK and international connectivity we need, but also placing us in close proximity to our airline customers.”
Separately, Options, a European events company, will occupy a 30,400 sq ft industrial unit at 602 Central Way, at Segro’s North Feltham estate. The building will serve as its UK headquarters.
SEGRO Park Heathrow and North Feltham Trading Estate are both located within three miles of the Heathrow Cargo Terminal.
