Over 30,000 visitors will be able to discover new products and solutions from over 1,500 food, drink and hospitality suppliers to help grow their hospitality business and soak up wisdom from industry leaders.
International Salon Culinaire, which is the UK’s largest and most prestigious programme of culinary competitions attracting some of the best hotel and catering companies in the world, is a platform for chefs of all levels to showcase their skills.
At the end of each competition, chief executive Mark Jankovich will present the winner with the best-in-class Hygiene Award, plus a selection of Delphis Eco products to take home.
