Abstract
The Baking Good Better corporate social responsibility strategy lays out how Délifrance is baking responsibility into its business: from field to fork.
Addressing climate change, the need for biodiversity, global food safety, energy transition, and the transformation of agricultural and production models, Baking Good Better lays out how Délifrance is addressing corporate and social responsibility across its supply chain.
It is built around three pillars:
- Planet: Reducing greenhouse gas emissions 20% by 2025
- Women & men: Providing at least one training action per year to 80% of employees by 2025
- Product & know-how: Making sure that all sites have 100% sustainable flour by 2027
Niall Cogan, general manager UK&I at Délifrance, said: “CSR is hugely important to us a business, and we’re continuing to work with customers and suppliers in the UK and Ireland to reinforce this commitment, creating delicious products that meet the needs of the planet as well as the market. We’ve set ambitious objectives. And our CSR achievements to date are already driving the business firmly in the right direction.”
