Dart’s European facilities previously operated under the names Dart Products Limited in Cradley Heath, West Midlands; and Solo Cup Europe Limited in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
The business is working toward eventually offering both Dart and Solo products in a combined product line to be ordered together on a single invoice.
The new name will be rolled out across all marketing communications in the next three months, including a new website URL.
