Abstract
Environmentalist Dale Vince, owner of vegan football club Forest Green Rovers and founder of Devil’s Kitchen, said he wants to talk with the new Government about getting rid of the compulsory meat and dairy meals in school meals across England, it was reported by BBC News.

Devil’s Kitchen is on a mission to make delicious foods that help people embrace a plant-based lifestyle. Under Dale’s leadership, Forest Green Rovers introduced a fully vegan menu in 2015, cooking delicious, plant-based foods for players and fans alike.

Devil’s Kitchen is a natural extension of the club’s work – it’s named after the catering outlets in the stadium. It enables their menu to be enjoyed right across Britain - and beyond.

Vince told BBC News: "There are schools which want to go further. They don't want meat and dairy on the menu perhaps every day of the week or even at all. But it is the law of the land. I am hoping to have a conversation with the new Government to encourage them to change the law. We shouldn't be forcing these unhealthy products on to our kids."
