Abstract
The Clink at HMP Brixton has announced Cyrus Todiwala for its latest fundraising dinner to support the expansion of The Clink concept.
Todiwala, a Clink chef ambassador, will produce a menu of Indian cuisine including leg of chicken simmered in an organic Hunza apricot sauce, and his patri ni machi – coconut wrapped fish and curried mince lamb.
The fundraiser will take place on March 14th and all money raised will go towards future Clink prisoner training projects across the UK. For further information, click here.
