Kirsty Woodward, assistant director of commercial and business development at the University of Leicester joins the Board as conference chair and Jane Donachy, associate director: catering, retail & accommodation services of the University of the Arts, London joins CUBO’s Board to look after the membership portfolio.

Woodward joined the University of Leicester nine years ago after a spell as a senior project manager for Russell Partnerships.
Donachy joined the University of Arts in 2012 as Head of accommodation services, and her earlier career includes contract assignments at senior level across Hospitality, health clubs and contract catering.
The appointments follow on from appointments to CUBO’s Board in 2018 which saw Julie Barker, former Chair of TUCO and director of accommodation and hospitality at Brighton University and founder of Julie Barker Consultants, join the team picking up responsibility for CUBO’s PR and Marketing, alongside Joe Hardman, head of commercial services at Lancaster University.
