For the first time the company is taking on apprentices across London, Essex, Kent, Coventry, Sussex and Cambridgeshire.
Along with on-the-job training, apprentices will spend at least 20% of their time completing classroom-based learning at a college or university.
Charles Beer, senior partner at Crown Partnership, announced the news last week during National Apprenticeship Week. He said: “This is an unrivalled opportunity for our apprentices to learn from some of the best in the business.
“Working for Crown Partnership means they will benefit from the experience, creativity and innovation that our people demonstrate day in, day out. In this sector, learning on the job is vital and complements what is learned in the classroom for those looking to enter the industry.
“As we always say, our people are the jewels in our crown. We have spent 40 years making sure we bring the right people to the right roles, and our new apprenticeship scheme will be no different. We’re looking forward to supporting those starting out in this field and we know we’ll see some rising stars.”
