Its three shareholders realised that there has been a change in the company since 1975 and so a revitalised brand has been launched to offer improved and innovative support to its nine partner companies.
Today, it has also announced that it is set to create 100 new jobs over the next two years through its partner companies which include Seasoned, Kudos, Kudos Delivered, and Jobs2Go.
There is also a big emphasis on apprenticeship placements this year. The company began their apprenticeship scheme in 2010 and have now employed 15 apprentices over the years.
Charles Beer, senior partner at the Crown Partnership said “It’s a busy time for the Partnership and taking on new staff is imperative to keep us moving in the right direction.
"Not only do we invest in new staff, we continue to work with and develop our current employees, with a big focus on promoting internally.”
