The event is designed for chefs in pubs, restaurants, care homes, schools and businesses. It will feature 100 of Creed’s suppliers and there will be more than 300 special price deals on the day to assist caterers with menu planning.
Live cooking demonstrations will take place throughout the event and a chef from EBLEX Quality Standard Mark Scheme for lamb and beef will be cooking off quality meats and discussing the importance of higher welfare meats with Creed’s own development chef Rob Owen.
Chefs from Nestle will be demonstrating how three dishes can be created using its products, while for the care sector specifically, Premier Foods will be preparing foods for dysphagia diets and showing how caterers can provide meals that enable residents to ‘dine with dignity’.
Entry is free for the catering trade only event.
