Smith, who has twice been named on the Top 20 Most Influential People in Public Sector Catering, is also the immediate past chair of the Hospital Caterers Association. He brings 35 years of communication and catering experience in the foodservice and FM industries.

During his time at ISS, Smith developed their procurement and client retention processes as well as winning a number of contracts that formed the foundation of their public sector portfolio before moving into the corporate role.
