The event takes place from April 3-4 2013 and, for the second year running, will be hosted by Brockenhurst College in Brockenhurst, Hampshire.
Last year more than 150 gold and silver medals were won across a number of classes, with 11 of the gold medals picked up in the Cold Chicken class alone.
This year the competition is split into four categories: Live Hot, Live Cold, Restaurant and Display, with scores of classes in each category for entrants to select – from a British game main course in the Live Hot section right through to napkin folding in the Display.
