Recognising and acknowledging “remarkable talent across the UK and beyond,” the 2018 awards will take place at the Grosvenor House Hotel on 4 June.
As well as 14 public entry awards, the association has also introduced the ‘International Chef Award’ this year to mark its milestone anniversary, which “recognises chefs who have had a strong influence on British cuisine and made a significant contribution to the UK hospitality industry.”
Open to chefs both within and outside of the UK, membership is not required and all nominations will be judged by a panel of industry ambassadors, with the entry closing date now extended until 14 February.
