“We’re incredibly proud to be the first wholesaler to sign up to the Hospitality Action EAP and hope it can be a valuable resource to employees in our group moving forward.”

Run by industry charity Hospitality Action, EAP has been developed by hospitality people for hospitality people, and so is “uniquely placed to understand the things that affect the industry’s people the most.”

It offers a number of services, including:

  • Support 24 hours a day; 365 days a year via the Well Online portal
  • Information on topics such as improving health and wellbeing, dealing with financial pressures, managing working life, helping to overcome personal
  • Assistance Line – provides expert advice and is free for the user, confidential and independent
  • Additional Help – such as counselling, legal advice, help with financial worries and debt counselling, parenting advice, dealing with drug and alcohol issues and grant assistance
