The Belfast based company is set to provide management and catering services to the airline’s Exeter-based Training Academy and New Walker Hangar. Daily operations for the training academy include cleaning and onsite technical services. The company has also opened two new food outlets for the airline at both its New Walker Hangar headquarters and academy.
Flybe’s Chief Strategy Officer, Vincent Hodder said: “We are pleased to welcome Mount Charles on board to manage the conference facilities at our Training Academy. Both the new ‘Sky Café’ and ‘Hub at the Hangar’ cafeteria areas have created the much needed informal meeting and contemporary eating space for staff and visitors alike offering high quality, healthy food prepared freshly on site.”
Chairman at Mount Charles, Trevor Annon described how he was “delighted” to strengthen the relationship between the company and Flybe. He said: “This is an incredibly exciting partnership for us and one we are very much looking forward to developing.”
Mount Charles now works with over 400 customers across the UK and Ireland.
