Contractor BaxterStorey opens new office at London Wall

3rd May 2012 - 00:00
Abstract
BaxterStorey, the UK’s largest independent contract catering company, has relocated its London operation to support its future growth ambitions.
Matt Thomas, regional managing director – London and South East, said that BaxterStorey had outgrown its previous premises at Cannon Street, and together with its sister company Portico had moved to bigger offices at 140 London Wall, which also provides an additional base for parent company WSH. Portico, WSH's corporate reception management business, has picked up the outsourced front of house services, as you would expect for the new office to ensure the company's guests receive the perfect welcome. He said the new offices offered more meeting space, a larger working environment for London-based employees and remote workers, and facilities suitable for internal training. And BaxterStorey had also relocated its Barista Academy to London Wall, which would enable practical training for the coffee development programme to be undertaken. Thomas added: "This move represents an exciting new chapter for BaxterStorey as we continue to invest in our future. "London Wall is a fantastic office space of which we are all really proud. It will provide a great showcase for what our company stands for and will improve the first impression for staff and visitors."
