Annual turnover is ready to hit £4m, with three new clients successfully mobilised this year and four more set to go live in the next three months.
The company now employs more than 100 people offering a combination of catering, fine dining, wellbeing programmes, event management, reception, concierge, housekeeping, mailroom and reprographics services that are tailored for each client.
The company’s client list now includes BNP Paribas RE, HTC Europe, SEB, EDF Trading and Brown Shipley.
Said Robin Hay: “Each client is quite different in the way they are working with Bennett Hay, blending two or more services that make sense in terms of the way people are using their building and the daily activities required to deliver a truly joined up service.
“Two recent client wins will see us managing the entire guest experience and providing the full range of soft services for two new buildings, each with 1,000 employees.
“At both buildings we will be truly blending the on-site resource, with team members providing a seamless link for guests, from first impressions at reception, through to the meeting room and onward departure.
“It’s fascinating how far you can take a smarter use of on-site teams once you start to look at the service from the guests perspective rather than the more dated FM approach of departmentalising teams.

Bennett Hay will be marking its third anniversary by issuing shares in the business to its “star performers” as part of its plans to develop the future leaders essential for the company’s continued growth.
