The best sustainable business performers in the foodservice and hospitality sector were hailed last night with the announcement of the winners of the Footprint Awards 2019, with contract caterers picking up three accolades.
Celena Fernandez of Compass UK & Ireland won the Special Achievement Award sponsored by Essential Cuisine, CH&Co Group was awarded the Social Impact and Diversity Award sponsored by Westminster Kingsway and Elior brand Lexington picked up the Stakeholder Engagement Award sponsored by Nestlé Professional.
The ninth edition of the awards event was held at Royal Institute of British Architects in Portland Place, London to celebrate ‘businesses and individuals making a real difference to sustainability in the foodservice industry and its supply chain’.
