In a bid to “close the gap between food innovations on the high street and contract catering world,” Sullivan will be tasked with delivering new styles of food and developing the company’s stake in the business and industry, education and healthcare sectors.
Joining with a “wealth” of experience - having worked at The Old Stocks Inn (Stow on the Wold) as head chef for the past three years – Sullivan was also a semi-finalist on BBC’s Masterchef: The Professionals nearly two years ago.
He said: “I’m excited to take this step into contract catering as it offers me a wealth of opportunity and to harness my twenty years culinary experience.
