Martin joins Mount Charles with over 20 years’ of experience in the vending industry, having previously had a role as operation manager at both Selecta and Autobar.
Meanwhile Wood has had a number of roles as senior leader and account manager, working for RAC motoring Services, Teleperformance and Transcom.
In his new role Wood now leads the bid management team at Mount Charles, co-ordinating comprehensive, creative and tailored responses to new business proposals and contract renewals.
Martin will now manage and grow client relationships across the private and public sectors in both Northern Ireland and the republic, ensuring each client receives the highest levels of customer service.
The Belfast-based company has over 2,000 staff working in 150 locations across UK and Ireland. They are currently also celebrating their 30th year in business.
