By holding these honours, Midshire Signature Services says they enhance trust with their current and potential clients as well as fostering a positive reputation that boosts staff morale. The awards include:
- Andy Farrell won the Finance Director of the Year award in November 2023 at the Crowne Plaza in Liverpool.
- Sue Bradwell was honoured with the Managing Director of the Year in June 2024.
- Midshire Signature Services was awarded the Corporate Live Wire Global Awards Contract Caterer of the Year Award for 24/25.

January 2025 marks Steven Balding’s eight-year milestone at Midshire Signature Services. He joined Midshire Signature Services in January 2017 as a single site chef and quickly showcased his drive, passion and talent.
Balding was promoted to catering manager within 12 months and 18 months after the initial promotion he was offered a group manager position. In September 2022 Steven was further promoted to operations manager and is continuing to show the same drive, passion and talent as he did when he first joined.
Bradwell added: “Without exception Steven’s clients, colleagues and team all speak highly of him. He is a model example of how career progression should work.
“My career path started in a similar way to Stevens, progressing through the ranks, watching him develop fills me with immense pride to be part of his career progression. I am sure that he will go much further in his career and look forward seeing him reach his aspirations.”
