Abstract
Contract caterer Elior UK has appointed Dawn Gallimore as its new sales director to focus on new business growth.
The appointment comes following new contract wins such as the healthcare contract with Walsall Hospital, a multi-million pound Orange contract in April 2010 from its incumbent, Compass and the £3.5m Bentley Motors contract. Gallimore's previous positions include sales director roles for business and industry at Sodexo, director, Scotland for Baxter Storey, and most recently, account director for one of Compass Group's top three clients, Royal Bank of Scotland. Michael Audis, chief executive officer of Elior UK, commented: "Dawn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business at time of accelerated growth. Her drive, passion for hospitality and fresh outlook reflects Elior's values and we know that her expertise will help us to consolidate our existing clients and further grow our client base." Gallimore commented on her new role: "Elior UK has some fantastic clients; Linklaters, Cadbury, Murrayfield and Charterhouse to name just a few. There are exciting times ahead and I'm looking forward to working with the team to realise Elior's full potential."
