The position marks the third consecutive year that Connect has secured a top 10 placing and this year the only contract caterer to reach the top 100.

The company also achieved the ISO 50001 Energy Standard award at the end of 2015 and won the Contract Caterer Award at last year’s Cost Sector Catering Awards.
Kate Bendall, joint managing director at Connect, added: “Wow! This is the fifth year we have entered this employee engagement survey and each year we are delighted at how consistently we perform. The awards were held earlier this week at a ceremony at Battersea Evolution, London.
