Compass Instore secures £12m contract with Beales

Compass Group UK & Ireland’s Instore division has been awarded a new contract with high-street retailer Beales worth £12 million.

Instore is the UK’s leading provider in the retail restaurant market and is responsible for providing public and employee catering in more than 500 high-street retail stores. This new deal will see Instore manage 22 public facing cafes and restaurants across Beales’ department stores.

As part of the new deal, Instore is investing in new equipment for Beales’ outlets and will also provide tailored training for colleagues, using their award winning customer experience training programme. Beales will also benefit from Instore’s marketing and offer development.

Caron Naylor, managing director of Instore, said: “We are delighted to have won this contract with Beales. Instore has successfully forged an outstanding relationship with many of the UK’s leading retailers to provide them and their customers with a restaurant and café amenity of excellence and we are looking forward to developing our relationship with Beales.”
