The new contract, worth £8.85 million overall, will see the 130-strong 14forty team continue to provide services at the Stanlow manufacturing site including cleaning, industrial services, maintenance, catering, vending, laundry and pest control to over 1,000 Essar colleagues.
14forty has been operating at the site since August 2008 and has established a solid safety record in partnership with Essar, which has achieved several Essar and Compass Group awards for HSE.

Essar‘s Stanlow facility is the UK’s second-largest oil refinery, located near Ellesmere Port in Cheshire. It produces approximately 15% of UK transport fuels, including three billion litres of petrol, 3.5 billion litres of diesel and two billion litres of jet fuel per year.
