Michael Kissman, director of corporate affairs at Compass Group UK & Ireland, said: “We have 60,000 colleagues working across multiple sites under many different sector brands – whether it be hospitals, schools, oil rigs, high profile leisure venues, military bases and offices, so engaging effectively with our people is no easy task.
“Workplace has transformed our ability to communicate with colleagues. Not just top-down but also the sharing of ideas and best practice across teams. It is already supporting positive colleague engagement and company culture. I believe ultimately it will translate into even better service for our clients.”
