Compass Group reaches charitable clean drinking water milestone
Abstract
Compass Group UK & Ireland has reached a charitable milestone of providing 100,000 people in developing countries with clean drinking water.

The foodservice company has completed 76 clean drinking water projects thanks to sales of Life Water, the ethical bottled water supplier, and its partnership with associate charity drop4drop. For every bottle sold, at least 1,000 litres of clean drinking water is provided to a community in need.

Dennis Hogan, managing director for Compass Group UK & Ireland, said: “We are very proud of our partnership with Life Water and the benefit this brings to thousands of people in need.

“To have now provided 100,000 people with clean drinking water and to have helped make such a great difference to so many across communities in Uganda and India is an amazing achievement.

“We aim continue in our efforts to complete more projects, fund more wells and bring clean drinking water to many more communities in need through our partnership with Life Water.”
