In January, Compass was named as a Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers by the National Apprenticeship Service and has trained 3000 apprentices in the last five years.
Quality apprenticeship training programmes are already offered in a range of areas including, food service, business administration, security, cleaning, professional cookery, chef leaderships, finance, human resources, leadership and management.
