A service of thanksgiving was held at St Paul’s Cathedral followed by a reception at the City of London’s Guildhall on Wednesday 10th May. Clink Events catered for this event with a drinks and canape reception for 1,500 guests.
The canapes and food were prepared and cooked in the central production kitchen at HMP Downview, where the students are training towards their City and Guilds NVQs in Food Preparation and Cookery.
Canapes included Pea and Mint Pannacotta, Summer Berry Eton Mess and Lemon Meringue Pie and were served on trays decked out with strawberry bunting, the Underground map and a red London bus.
