The Clink Charity has launched its latest cookbook, The Clink Vegetables Cookbook.

The book features recipes where the vegetables are the stars, from soups and starters, creative mains and tempting deserts – putting vegetables centre stage rather than relegating them to a side dish.

 

Divided into five section – Herbs, Shoots, Roots, Puddings and Preserves, the book provides readers with recipes for every occasion. 


 

From a hearty breakfast Shakshuka or a sweet potato and chickpea salad, to an asparagus risotto or vegetable korma, this book is packed with delicious dishes.

 

Even those with a sweet tooth have not been forgotten as the deserts section includes mouth-watering dishes such as aubergine chocolate cake, courgette and lemon thyme cake and basil pannacotta with strawberries.
