Abstract
The Clink Charity Ball, which is taking place on Friday 4 February 2022, is aiming to raise crucial funds to support the charity’s work in reducing reoffending rates through the delivery of hospitality training in prisons.

Previous balls have seen the amount raised increase year on year and the events have now raised a combined total of over £120,000. On the night several Clink graduates will discuss how the scheme has helped to transform their lives.

Guests who are attending will enjoy:

  • A four-course menu focussing on locally sourced ingredients
  • Entertainment from The Executives
  • An auction
  • A table raffle with prizes contributed by sponsors and supporters

The Clink Group restaurant ambassador and chairman of the ball committee, Vic Laws MBE said: “Once again we are delighted to hold The Clink Charity Ball at the Royal Lancaster and after such a torrid year, we will have the chance of celebrating our students and graduates’ achievements. We also welcome Cyrus Todiwala OBE DL to the Ball in his new role as The Clink Group chef ambassador.

“We know that things have been very difficult for our sponsors but we are pleased that Bidfood, Booker and Johnsons Stalbridge Linen are able to support us once again. Please join us and help raise funds to keep up the important work that has been achieved over the last 11 years.”

Individual tickets to the ball are priced at £140 per person or a table of 10 can be purchased for £1,300. To book tickets, visit here.
