A menu will be designed and served exclusively at Chez Roux over the two day event from the Millennium Grandstand, which offers panoramic views of the racecourse.
Albert Roux said: “I am delighted to be part of the hospitality at this year’s QIPCO Guineas Festival. I have always been aware of horseracing in the UK and the unique sport that captures the attention of so many people.
“Being part of The Jockey Club Fine Dining offering at such a prestigious event like the QIPCO Guineas Festival is an honour and I have worked on the menus to ensure that they are the quality that people associate with the Roux name and the very best of cuisine.”
Newmarket Racecourses is part of The Jockey Club, which has been involved in British racing for more than 260 years.
