Cheshire cookery school reopens following refit

Abstract
The Cordon Vert cookery school in Altrincham, Cheshire, has re-opened following a refit of its kitchens.
A new calendar of courses is on offer including Dairy Free and Delicious workshops, or Light and Easy classes. There is also Casablanca, Modern Indian, Tapas and Mezze or Cruising the Amalfi Coast courses for the food lovers. Courses run throughout the year and are taught by Cordon's Vert's team of tutors. The school prides itself on innovative vegetarian cuisine drawing on the variety of international flavours and ingredients reflecting trends in world cuisine.
